      <description>&lt;p&gt; As expected, The SEC has approved &lt;b&gt;Scripps&lt;/b&gt;' plan to separate to trade separately as &lt;b&gt;Scripps&lt;/b&gt; Interactive and EW &lt;b&gt;Scripps&lt;/b&gt; ( &lt;A HREF="http://www.wikio.com/tag/NYSE" class="deep u"&gt;NYSE&lt;/A&gt;: SSP ). Shares in each company will trade temporarily as "SNIWI" and "SSPWI" through the completion of the spin-off on July 1, at which point they will trade simply as SNI and SSP.
