In response to the data release by GAO, we have countered by offering to have scanned, at no direct cost to GAO, the same docs they gave to &lt;b&gt;&lt;A HREF="http://www.wikio.com/tag/Thomson" class="deep u"&gt;Thomson&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/b&gt; &lt;b&gt;West&lt;/b&gt;.
