There was an interesting Oklahoman article by Jim Stafford today worth reading entitled "State on wrong side of digital divide." In download speed, Oklahoma ranks 40th among all the states and the District of Columbia. And the US is WAY behind other countries. Cox says Oklahomans should - on average - be around 5 megabites per second. I took the test (see below) and came out at 3.2 mbps downloading...
