New Guns N' Roses - "Shackler's Revenge" (Stereogum)

Guns N' Roses's new single surfaced online last week and was quickly scrubbed from YouTube. But now it's back! For now. As we learned earlier this summer, "Shackler's Revenge" (GN'R's first official release since "Oh My God" in '99) will be included on Rock Band 2 , out next month. Message board chatter suggests it was penned by Buckethead (Axl's former axeman has a song called " Shackler ")....

After a mess of leaked GNR tracks popped up a few months back, another new cut has apparently popped up online. “Shackler’s Revenge” (which was supposed to have its premiere on the upcoming sequel to the video game “Rock Band”) opens with a deep-voiced Axl gradually building towards his characteristic yowl, and features guitar noodling that is very likely the work of the man called Buckethead....
