      <description>&lt;p&gt; Kai : I've been noticing a lot of &lt;b&gt;stencil&lt;/b&gt; &lt;b&gt;graffiti&lt;/b&gt; in my neighborhood lately. I know it's bad and wrong but I actually really like this one that's over on 21st and SE Clinton. At least it shows some skill and a sense of humor.
