I don't believe that execution is the appropriate treatment for &lt;b&gt;mental&lt;/b&gt; &lt;b&gt;illness&lt;/b&gt;. I understand the grief and anger of &lt;A HREF="http://www.wikio.com/tag/Ellen+Mumford" class="deep u"&gt;Ellen Mumford&lt;/A&gt;'s family. If my family member were killed, I would probably want frontier justice as well, but that's not the country we are - nor is it the country we should be.
