First, I want to say thank you to Chairman Barney Frank (how sweet it is to say that) and to Congresswoman Tammy Baldwin. Last year Barney celebrated his 20th anniversary as an out official and in a few months Tammy will mark her 10 year anniversary in the House. No two people demonstrate more the power of LGBT leadership... what I call Gay Politics... than Barney and Tammy....
