Although most San Franciscans' thoughts about February 5th focus on the presidential primaries, it wouldn't be California if we didn't also have to wade our way through a handful of ballot measures. My favorite is Prop C, an effort by the "Light Party" to get Alcatraz Island back from the federal government to build a "Global Peace Center". I think I'm with the SF GOP on this one.
