This means the state will now have to proceed by way of summons , if it's necessary at all. Armed policemen and state security agents arrested me April 15 and concocted charges of public violence against me and MDC activists in order to justify a crackdown on the opposition parties and undermine press freedom. I was in the line of my journalistic duties when I was nabbed.
