Is there such a thing as a philanthropic phenotype? I've been listening to Pandora a lot lately.

Russ Mitchell at Portfolio.com blogs about the impending close of the greatest Internet radio service in the history of Internet radio services—Pandora.com: The [record] labels are intent on charging so a high price for streaming royalties that Pandora and its even-weaker peers would be forced out of business. That appears to be exactly what the labels want, despite the fact that research shows...

Source : Reason Magazine - Hit & Run (subscribe)

An anonymous commenter recommended Pandora.com , and the recommendation was seconded by Chris, the criminally under-appreciated...

Source : Gone Mild (subscribe)

Explore : Artists, Bruce Springsteen, Folk and Folk-Rock, Music, Rock and Pop
